Welcome to Noah's Dove Farm...
.....a sustainable 25 acre family farm in Nassau County, Florida, dedicated to growing innovative specialty crops and producing high-quality, pesticide-free, freeze-dried microgreen powder and farm-grown produce for customers across the United States.
We started Noah’s Dove Farm because we believed there had to be a better way to grow truly nutrient-dense food—without organic or synthetic pesticides, shortcuts, or compromises.
Whether you are discovering our freeze-dried microgreen powder, learning about our farming practices, or simply exploring the story behind the farm, we are glad you found us!

In the winter of 2012...
.....Michael Murray and his family started Noah’s Dove Farm, one of the first urban indoor hydroponic and aquaponic farms in the Philadelphia, PA area.
As demand grew, the farm expanded to more than 30,000 cubic feet of indoor growing space, supplying fresh produce to restaurants, farmers markets, and regional customers.
During this time the farm also began developing products made from its harvest, including freeze-dried and powdered microgreens. These nutrient dense and shelf-stable ingredients made it possible to deliver farm-grown nutrition to customers throughout the United States.

Nutrient Dense Freeze-Dried Microgreen Powder
Noah's Dove Farm produces a growing line of freeze-dried microgreen powders, crafted from real vegetables grown on our own abundant fields and greenhouses. Freeze-drying preserves the natural color, flavor, and nutrients of vegetables while creating a convenient powder that can be easily added to:
• smoothies
• omelettes
• bowls
• dips and dressings
• protein shakes
• everyday cooking

In the summer of 2023...
...we began our long-planned move to the Sunshine State. This move allowed Noah’s Dove Farm to combine years of experience in soilless indoor agriculture with the natural advantages of Florida farmland in the Okefenokee Basin. Our farm now integrates:
• hydroponic growing systems
• aquaponic farming
• traditional soil-based crops
This hybrid approach allows us to cultivate a wide variety of specialty vegetables and crops that we seed, grow, and harvest while maintaining our commitment to sustainable agriculture and responsible resource management.

Sustainable Farming is at the heart of what we do
At the center of our cropland sits a one-acre stocked pond filled with bass, catfish, and bream. This pond plays an important role in the farm’s nutrient cycle.
The nutrient-rich water produced by the pond helps support the farm’s ability to generate natural fertilizer for our crops, allowing us to move toward a system where the majority of our nutrients are produced directly on the farm.
Our long-term goal is to replace imported fertilizers with locally generated nutrients, creating a farming system that is both environmentally responsible and economically sustainable.

Expanding the Ranch at Noah’s Dove
The next chapter of Noah’s Dove Farm includes the further development of our constantly growing commercial ranching operation. With guidance from Mr. David Hebert of the University of Florida Agricultural Extension Service, we are quickly improving more than 10 acres of self-sustaining grazing land for our growing herd of Angus cattle and laying hens. This expansion allows us to further diversify the farm while maintaining the core principles of sustainable land use and responsible animal stewardship.

Protecting Florida’s Natural Woodlands
In partnership with Nassau County and the Florida Forest Service (that's Mr. Jim Tootle measuring one of our Loblolly Pines), nearly 10 acres of Noah’s Dove Farm is managed under a Sustainable Timber Management Plan.
Our eastern and western woodlands are home to a wide range of native Florida plants and wildlife, and responsible forestry practices allow us to preserve these ecosystems for future generations.
We are proud to contribute to Nassau County’s long tradition of sustainable timber stewardship while protecting the natural environment surrounding our farm.

A Florida Family Farm Built for the Future
From an urban hydroponic farm in Pennsylvania to a growing sustainable family farm in Florida, Noah’s Dove Farm continues to evolve.
Our mission is simple:
Grow responsibly.
Innovate with purpose.
Provide high-quality farm and ranch produce that people trust.
By combining modern agricultural methods, sustainable farming practices, and traditional land stewardship, the Murray family is building a farm designed to serve both local Florida communities and customers across the United States for years to come. We hope you can be a a part of it!
