Bring a cooler
Jacksonville summers are hot. USDA says to refrigerate perishable food within 2 hours, or within 1 hour when it's above 90°F. A cooler in the car keeps your eggs cold on the drive home.

Do you deliver to Jacksonville?
Not to your door. I meet buyers at the Callahan and Hilliard post office parking lots, Monday through Saturday by appointment. Callahan is the closest spot if you're coming from Jacksonville.
How far is the farm from Jacksonville?
Our farm in Hilliard is about 30 miles north of downtown Jacksonville. If that's a bit of a drive, the Callahan meet-up saves you some of it.
Is there a minimum order?
Meet-ups in Callahan or Hilliard have a $25 minimum. Pickup at the farm has no minimum.
How fresh are the eggs?
We gather them by hand every morning, wash and sanitize them, and put them straight into the fridge at 40°F or below. Most of the time they get to you about a week after they're laid.
Can I add roasters or powders to my order?
Sure. Our Cornish Cross roasters and microgreen powders can come along to any pickup or meet-up, and they count toward the $25 meet-up minimum.
Can you ship eggs?
No, eggs are local only. Our freeze-dried microgreen powders are the ones that ship, free anywhere in the U.S.
